Returns
We follow 30 days return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc (if any). Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost incurred shipping product back.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchased item back without the RETURN AUTHORITY CODE.
To get the RETURN AUTHORITY CODE please send us an email at [email protected] with your Order Number and related product details and then in reply we will send you the RETURN AUTHORITY CODE along with the Address where return item is to be sent, or give us a call at +923212243863 (call timings: 12pm-12am Pakistan Standard Time GMT+5) to get the RETURN AUTHORITY CODE and Return Address. After getting the RETURN AUTHORITY CODE, write this RETURN AUTHORITY CODE on the package/box (which you are sending back) in bold and make sure it should be at/on the outside of package/box so that the return item would not be received as anonymous.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received with RETURN AUTHORITY CODE and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible (it may take 3 to 5 days). Refund amount will be subjected to processing fee of $40 so the total refund will be less $40 from the total amount.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to get the EXCHANGE AUTHORITY CODE or call us at +92 321 224 3863 (call timings: 12pm-12am Pakistan Standard Time GMT+5). After getting the EXCHANGE AUTHORITY CODE, write this EXCHANGE AUTHORITY CODE on the package/box(which you are sending back) in bold and make sure it should be at/on the outside of package/box so that the return item would not be received as anonymous. It may take 15 to 20 days(From the day we receive the item) to send you the new item in exchange or Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
